Vic: Govt to vaccinate 630,000 against Meningococcal
The state government will vaccinate 630,000 Victorians against the deadly meningococcalC virus this year.
Health Minister BRONWYN PIKE has announced all children between one and five yearsof age, and teenagers between 15 and 19 will be offered the free inoculations.
She says they'll be available through general practitioners, maternal and child healthcentres and other community immunisation centres.
